Nsukka Enugu, both inside and outside UNN campus

Worse bank ever

UBA both inside and outside University of Nigeria Nsukka campus is the worst bank you can ever go to. UBA is the worst bank you can ever bank with, first the cuts money without explanations. The queue waiting for customer care is ALWAYS greater then those waiting to deposit and withdraw combined. Right now am inside UBA beside Ogige market Nsukka, I have been there since 11am just to pick my ATM Card which they automatically renewed.... And this customer care personnels here, needs a long training on CUSTOMER CARE. 6 November, 2018
