One problem with fidelity is their customer care services.A friend of mine opened their account of recent,then she told the lady attending to her that she doesn’t want an atm..She agreed,the next day,the one thousand naira she deposited was gone for atm.Then,my friend called and explained in full details but the lady spoke to her rudely which is not supposed to be so.And also fidelity is very slow.it has a slow network..hope all these would change if not they’ll loose customers 5 June, 2021
