UBA has a very poor services when it comes to ATM services. When ever I get to the bank ,I meet a long queue of people ,in a bank with about with about 3 or 4 ATM machines ,you find out that it just one out of 4 that’s is dispensing funds ,and within a short period of time it becomes unable to dispense ,it clearly wasn’t like this some years back ,but when Pos came into place ,I observed that this was when banks started making ATM withdrawal a big and tough task for customers ,due to the fact that Dey receive more charges when customers uses POS. This is quite disheartening and the UBA banking firm needs to step up on this. 16 September, 2021
