The services of your Makurdi branch, that is along Otukpo road Benue state is very bad that I have to start shouting to them just before they attended to me and a customer was seriously crying because of the poor services. Please check their activities. 24 June, 2022

Fidelity Bank Plc is gradually becoming a nightmare with poor and slow response to customer needs, most branches have ancient ATMs and making payments at the counter is virtually impossible, its best u use a POS outside, seems they frustrate customers so they can use POS agents probably they have kick backs from such transactions
