UBA is undoubtedly one of Nigeria's best banks and personally I love the speed of their mobile transactions, especially in urgencies. However, my only challenge is the slow customer service at their various bank branches and the USSD channel going offline when needed most. Overall I give this bank a 4.4 star rating. 25 July, 2022
