My plight

I love the totality of services rendered by this bank but I hate their incessant debits on unnecessary stuffs (birthday SMS debit, Christmas etc)... They should stop deducting my balance because they want to wish me an happy birthday using my money ("my money").

There's something about first bank. The quality of this bank is top notch. They always have their customers at heart that's why they have branches all over. Customer service is reliable. Good ATM and internet banking.
