First Bank is particularly efficient in their ATM services. Because they have branches across the country, it is easy to access them. I like their polite tellers.

Wow, it have been so nice having an account with you I have not had issues even the day the ATM had problem , the transaction was reversed immediately with no protocol. But I don't know why the banking hall in most of the branches are too small that ... read more

Please I want to know if firstbank is nice to use as your PAY POINT. Based on; -giving overdraft -payment once the money gets to them -interest rate on overdraft and loan I need reply because I heard that it's not easy to change pay point.

Neither here nor there

I have had mixed experiences with them, some days they are excellent, other days t is just plain average. I would not say they are bad, just that they are not exceptional.
