I know first bank appears to be the nest bank in Nigeria, so more it required from then. Please more banks building are required to avoid keeping people waiting for a long time is the banking hall

E-banking with first bank gives me Joy, doesn't waste time and less charges are applied.

Customer service

Been with first bank for some time now, they've been good though, but improvement in their customer service would be highly appreciated.

First bank service is quite good, but they need to improve in the way they deduct money from their customers
